Welcome to the Fisher Gradudate Poker Association! The FGPA was founded in May 2006 by a group of Fisher College of Business MBA students who are poker enthusiasts. The primary purpose of our organization is to teach the statistical and strategic aspects of the game of poker. Further, the organization will provide a forum to graduate students who enjoy the social and competitive aspects of the game of poker.

FGPA Presents, Mike Sexton, Commentator for the World Poker Tour

Mike Sexton, the 2006 World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions winner, returns to campus to share his poker experiences and knowledge with graduate students of The Fisher College of Business and The Ohio State University. We are thrilled to host poker's true ambassador and encourage all members of the Ohio State community to take advantage of this unique and exciting opportunity.

This event will be a great experience for the entire Fisher community regardless if you play poker or not. Mike will discuss the growing relationship between business and poker skills as well as share his experiences as a professional poker player, author, and host of the World Poker Tour. It will also be a great opportunity for beginners or seasoned players to learn about Mike Sexton's perspective on poker strategy and poker skills, such as, statistics and reading your opponents.
